Shipping:

Shipping is calculated based off of weight. All items are shipped via USPS. After I bring the item to USPS, it is out of my hands. If you have issues with your package, please contact USPS directly to get it fixed. 

Return/Cancellation Policy:

Thank you for purchasing from Mama Nene's Crafting Corner. Your satisfaction is our priority! Please make note of some important information about your future purchase with us!
•All orders have a zero cancelation policy due to the custom nature of all products.
•Before finalizing your purchase with us please check the spelling to make sure everything is spelled correctly.
•Please note all orders can NOT be changed after being submitted. 
•All Sales Are FINAL. No returns will be processed or accepted
• Only items that are damaged by the shipper and noted within 48-hours will be accepted for reorder, but buyer has to go through USPS to file a claim.

Turn Around Time:

TAT is 7-14 business days for tees and 21-32 business days for boutique items. Please do not contact us asking where your order is until the TAT is over. Business days are monday-friday. They do not include weekends, holidays, or days the shop is closed.
