TURN AROUND TIME is currently at 7-14 business days. Boutique items are at a 28 business day TAT.

Here’s a few key points to remember!
•TAT (turn around time)- is 7-14 business days.l for custom made items.
•Boutique items TAT is 21-28 business days.
•This does NOT include weekends/holidays/days off.
•If you add another order and want your two orders to ship together and save on shipping/pickup together, TAT will then start from the last order that you placed.
•Business hours are Monday-Friday 8-5pm. Business hours are not weekends/holidays/days off.
•You need to EMAIL mamanenescraftingcorner@gmail.com with any questions.  
•Taxes HAVE to be charged on all Missouri orders. I have to pay taxes and if I do not charge you taxes, it’s coming out of my pocket.

This all comes from a place of the heart, I promise. I’m working 24/7 and it’s exhausting. I have implemented these policies in JANUARY 2023, and I’ve been very lenient, but I need to have a cutoff so I am not working 24/7 and spending zero time with my family. I don’t want anyone to think this is rude, I just implement policies so I can be a mother and wife first. Which is very important to me. Thank you for understanding.
